Scope
This standard stipulates the organizational structure, institutional functions, management requirements, and management processes for anti-terrorism prevention work in foreign-related port facilities within the scope of this city's supervision. This standard applies to the anti-terrorism prevention work of foreign-related port facilities serving passenger ships (including yachts) sailing international routes, cargo ships of 500 gross tonnage and above, and special purpose ships of 500 gross tonnage and above, and other port facilities within the scope of this city's supervision. Anti-terrorism prevention work can be carried out with reference to this standard.
