Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for construction design, construction preparation, construction operations, equipment dis ssembly, data processing, and safety and environmental protection for horizontal well coiled tubing drilling and grinding easy-to-drill composite bridge plugs and soluble bridge plugs. This document is applicable to coiled tubing plug drilling and grinding operations in shale gas horizontal wells. Bridge plug drilling and grinding operations in horizontal wells of other oil and gas reservoir types can be implemented as a reference.
