General Principles 1.0.1 This regulation is formulated to standardize the design, construction and project acceptance of isolated plastic board exterior wall fire protection and insulation systems, to achieve technological advancement, economical rationality, safety and applicability, and to ensure project quality. 1.0.2 This procedure is applicable to the design, construction and project quality acceptance of isolated plastic board exterior wall fire protection and insulation systems for newly built, expanded and renovated civil buildings, industrial buildings and energy-saving renovation of existing buildings. 1.0.3 The design, construction and acceptance of the isolated plastic board exterior wall fire protection and insulation system should not only comply with the provisions of this regulation, but also comply with the provisions of the relevant national and provincial standards.
