Scope This document stipulates the overall principles for the construction and management of China's Mare's Milk Characteristic Demonstration Banner, industrial development, cultural development, sustainable development, and intelligent development. It is an honorary title at the county (district, banner) level awarded by T/OTOP1001 and T/IMCPNT1001 evaluation. 3.2 Black Horse is based on the unique Mongolian horse breed black horse in Abaga Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and can become the main source of Abaga mare's milk. 3.3 Tsege is a traditional Mongolian dairy product with a lower pH value made from raw mare's milk after pounding and fermentation. In areas where conditions permit, it is advisable to guide and support local specialty dairy product workshops to enter food parks, implement unified management and unified inspection, standardize production and operation, and create scale advantages. 5.2.1.7 Actively support the development of large dairy product processing households, farmers and herdsmen cooperatives, etc., continuously improve the level of management and operation, actively guide and help family workshops to improve production conditions in accordance with the requirements of local specialty dairy product production and processing workshops, and approve the registration of workshops that meet the basic conditions for the registration of production and processing workshops, and include them in the management of small workshops.
